Once upon a time in the 18th century there was a playboy fop who did very little of merit. His parents tried to send him away to the Colonies to learn a trade, but thanks to taking the wrong coach to the wrong place he instead ended up in a totally different state. Being a responsible young lad he did what any in his position would do - got roaring drunk! His inebriated caterwauling annoyed a wandering vampire, and the ensuing feeding frenzy gone wrong resulted in the creation of what might be the world's least imposing vampire.

Now he has become a mascot of sorts of the town he still inhabits centuries later, waltzing and bumbling his way through his extended life.
